Land Bank appointed Innova to initially conduct a study of the spatial needs analysis for the Land Bank.
Thereafter the space planning and fit out including the furniture procurement was completed including the design and installation of a full service canteen. The overall project was completed on time and with a 5% overall project saving.

Innova Design was originally established in 1995 as Spatial Concepts with offices in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and Gaborone.
A marketing alliance was formed with the Australian company BBR Design which led to its local registration in South Africa. As an international group, BBR afterwards expanded to include affiliate offices in New Zealand, South Africa, Mauritius, UAE, Qatar and Singapore.
The directors made the decision to change the name to Innova Design. This was done so as to include bespoke project management, interior design and fit out to the medical and dental practices in Australia.
